All you need to do is initially choose a picture you would like to make!!! I chose a Chinese women!!!! You can also draw you own design like I did for the borders and for the top and bottom design in my paper cutting!!!
Be careful in choosing what part of the paper you would like to cut!!! you take time for the same.. !!! all your skill lies in the part you choose to cut to show your design to reflect on the paper cut!!!
All you need is:
1. Paper( Choose your favorite color paper and size)
2. Choose you design
3. Blade and a scissors to cut( Children must take the help of elders while cutting )

This Project takes extreme patience and some seriously steady hands. If u happen to have those I'm sure you will end up having the best paper cutting piece
